About Me

With a Bachelors Degree in Architecture, one day a friend invited Sorangel to assist a Los Angeles production designer on a Bacardi Commercial for the London market, filmed in Dominican Republic, and her art directing career began 27 years ago. After several years art directing commercial spots in the top production houses in Dominican Republic, Cineaccion and Panamericana, Sorangel then moved to New York to pursue her dreams of art directing movies and joined IATSE United Scenic Artists  (USA) 829. Sorangel is based in Manhattan,  New York City, and is available to travel the World on assignment. Fluent in English, Spanish and some elementary French. Creative and business savvy (MBA) Sorangel will be an asset to any film production's art department. 

Sorangel is an entrepreneur, and she loves assisting cast and crew to acquire or sell their homes and investment properties. 

She is an Associate Real Estate Broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New York Properties, where she leads The Fersobe Team.  She also owns an amazing online shop with the most necessary products for a healthy lifestyle that supplements the demand for the peak performance we all bring to a set.
